This site is run by PROBLEM REACTION SOLUTION LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: to be added). This notice explains, in plain English, what personal data we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you create an account and use the site, we may hold:

• your email address (used only to sign you in);
• a display name you choose;
• optional profile details if you provide them: household type, age band, and region;
• the contributions you make: problems you post, your reactions (whether you have a problem, how severe it is, what you'd pay), critique notes, solution ideas, and votes;
• basic technical information needed to run and protect the service (for example, sign-in cookies and request information used to prevent abuse).

Why we collect it, and what is public

We use this data to run the service, to show how many people share a problem, and to keep the site safe. Importantly:

• Public: your display name shown against things you post, the text of problems, critiques and solutions you submit, and aggregate counts (for example, “12 people have this”).
• Not public: your email address, your profile details (household, age, region), and which individual person reacted or voted in which way. Only totals are ever shown.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time (see below).

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To make a request, email hello@problem-reaction-solution.com.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
